Calling all artists, musicians, performers, bicyclists, activists, and anyone interested in creating a public spectacle in the streets of Downtown Roanoke. The Second Annual Marginal Arts Festival Parade will begin on 1st and Campbell, go down Campbell Avenue to Jefferson and then down Jefferson to the  Main Library. Assembly at 10:30.
